In 2024, after nearly two decades of success in Human Resources, I founded Liftoff HR Consulting to address the pressing challenges facing HR teams. Throughout my corporate career, I had the privilege of working with reputable companies across various industries, leading HR transformations, and achieving remarkable milestones. I was thrilled by the tangible impact I made—initiatives that reduced process overhead by 50% and increased employee engagement by 300%.
