In 2024, after nearly two decades of success in Human Resources, I founded Liftoff HR Consulting to address the pressing challenges facing HR teams. Throughout my corporate career, I had the privilege of working with reputable companies across various industries, leading HR transformations, and achieving remarkable milestones. I was thrilled by the tangible impact I made—initiatives that reduced process overhead by 50% and increased employee engagement by 300%. The work was deeply rewarding, and I was proud to help organizations enhance efficiency and foster a positive workplace culture.
As I progressed in my career, I noticed a troubling pattern: HR teams struggling with outdated systems, inefficient processes, and overwhelming administrative tasks.
